Committee’s Charge
The Building and Facilities Committee was formed in January, 2006, as an outgrowth of the former School Building Committee. As requested by the Board of Selectmen, the Committee is to make suggestions on maintenance needs of Town owned buildings, review current as well as future municipal and educational space requirements.and advise on long-term capital improvement and building projects for the Town of Preston.
