D1CouncilMeeting20Feb2004The D/1 Council met in Berlin on 20 Feb, which was a reschedule from the original 6 Feb Council set date. There was good Squadron representation, and the food (compliments of the host Springfield Squadron) was great. It was a nice prelude to our upcoming Spring Conference.
